He lays out, point by point, how hiring based on race or gender—especially in high-stakes fields like air traffic control, law enforcement, and medicine—is not only dangerous but illegal. Trump’s administration is ending all DEI-based hiring, promotion, and training across the federal government. The bottom line? If you’re flying a plane, performing surgery, or carrying a weapon, Americans want you chosen for one reason only: merit. Not race. Not gender. Not identity boxes. And Miller is right—this isn’t just cultural. It’s economic. Merit fuels innovation, safety, and excellence. The woke DEI agenda? It does the opposite.
Will: Barry, I’ve been saying this for years—when I get on a plane, I don’t care who’s flying it, as long as they know how to land it. Same goes for doctors. I’m not asking who they’re sleeping with—I want to know if they’re qualified. This obsession with race and identity over skill is dangerous. A lot of folks aren’t getting these jobs because they’re not applying—not because they’re being excluded. Meanwhile, the government’s been filling spots based on checkboxes instead of competence. It’s about time we fix it. DEI is collapsing—and good riddance.
