Barry: Here we go again. A professor at UC Berkeley—who the school just won’t fire—has been caught pushing even more antisemitic conspiracy theories. His name is Hatem Bazian, and he’s no stranger to controversy. He co-founded Students for Justice in Palestine, now banned on many campuses for violent assaults, riots, and destruction. He also chairs American Muslims for Palestine, which recently had a $156 million judgment leveled against it for being a major U.S. supporter of Hamas. On August 15th, Bazian publicly claimed that Israel, under Netanyahu, plans to conquer Gaza, the West Bank, the Golan Heights, Jordan, Lebanon, the pyramids in Egypt, and even Saudi Arabia—for tourism money. Yes, really. He says this stuff on air, with a straight face, while still collecting a public paycheck from Berkeley. This is the man “at the core” of the anti-Israel movement in America—and the university lets him spew lies unchecked. As I said on the show, it’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard, and that’s saying something.
Will: You know why he’s doing it, right? Sure, he’s nuts—but there’s strategy behind the madness. He’s planting seeds to provoke other nations. “Israel wants to take over your country too”—he’s trying to ignite more hatred and war. It’s narrative warfare. And what’s worse? This is Berkeley. A taxpayer-funded university is platforming this madness. Barry and I joked, maybe he’s on something—because you have to be, to believe this stuff. But there’s nothing funny about inciting global violence with government-backed lies. This is the face of radical ideology in America’s universities. And they’re not stopping unless we call it out.
ATP is exposing the threats hiding in plain sight—even when they wear a professor’s badge. Lies like these fuel real violence.
